Okay, so I gotta share what I did the other day. Work in Shenzhen had been absolutely killer, you know? Just non-stop grind. My shoulders felt like rocks, brain totally fried. I figured I needed a break, like a real one, not just collapsing on the sofa. Someone mentioned checking out a spa, said it’s a big thing here.

Didn’t really do deep research or anything. Honestly just walked around my area in Futian after work, saw a place that looked kinda fancy from the outside, lights and all that. Thought, “why not?” and just walked in. The reception area was pretty slick, lots of dark wood and soft lighting. Staff were polite, smiled, handed me a form. Felt a bit formal, but okay.

They led me back to the changing room. Got given a locker key and one of those robe things. First weird thing: the slippers. One felt slightly bigger than the other. Not a huge deal, but kinda funny.
